Where the 98.6% comes from
We count requests for a refund or about problems with a photo and compare them with the number of successful purchases from May 2026 to today. 98.6% of paid orders had no such requests.
These are fotonapassport’s own statistics, not government data. The final decision on accepting a photo is made by the organization where you submit your documents.
If your photo doesn’t work out

Our support team will figure out what went wrong and help you redo the photo.
We’ll refund your money
If it can’t be fixed, we’ll refund your payment under the terms and within the time frames of the Public Offer Agreement.
We handle your photos with care
Storage periods for photos and finished files are set out in the Public Offer Agreement; after that, everything is deleted.
